A collaboration with my partner in crime Emily Shisko, created for We Are Guest Talk Free, $10 (one of the weirdest art festivals of all time). This is an interactive multimedia piece combining the visual aesthetics of photo albums and illustration with a series of interactive musical pieces.  As each page of the album is turned, new music begins and the listener is invited to “play” the page like an instrument, changing the music, modifying the sounds and creating a unique version of the piece. The interactive input is handled by an Arduino microcontroller, which sends data to a computer running Max/MSP, which does all the audio processing. What you hear in this video directly correlates to the how the user is interacting with the book.  The audio has a good amount of binaural information in it, so wear headphones for the full effect.
